Any refund generally takes around 5-7 business days after the return process is completed.
Prepaid Orders: Original Payment Method or Bank Transfer
COD Orders: Wallet or Coupon.

As your return request is approved, a reverse pick-up will be booked from your delivery address & you'll also receive notifications. The order will be picked back in 24-48 hours post request generation.

Post our Quality Expert Team reviews the products after receiving them back, we will initiate the refund process. The refund generally takes around 5-7 business days either via the same payment mode/bank transfer or wallet/coupon, depending upon customer’s eligibility.
You can cancel your product/order before it is shipped, once shipped the order can't be cancelled.

A. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?
1. You can exchange your product within 5 days after an order has been delivered.
2. You can exchange the product with the same design in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
3. You cannot exchange or return products from sale campaigns. Example: 30-50% off.
4. All exchanges shall incur charges which shall be owed by the customers as there are size guide charts for choosing appropriate size and a confirmation taken before the order is made.

Post our Quality Expert Team’s approval and completing all the formalities, a reverse pick-up will be arranged from your delivery address. The reverse pick-up generally takes 24-48 hours post request generation.
